APSARA TEA is one of India’s top tea brands, and J.K Tea Estates Pvt. Ltd. owns the brand. Mr. H.L. Kathuria founded the company in 1992. The company follows a mission to maintain high product quality and build loyalty with its associates and customers.
Our mentor, Mr. H.L. Kathuria, leads the company with his expertise in tea blending and provides diligent guidance to the team. Under his leadership, Apsara Tea has become a well-known name in tea manufacturing. His hands-on knowledge of all types of tea has helped the brand gain strong popularity among our clients.
Apsara Tea uses 100% of the finest and freshest tea leaves. The company sources these premium leaves from reputed tea gardens and factories in Assam, Darjeeling, and Dooars.
The company offers different varieties of tea, ranging from economical quality to high-quality products.
In 2019, under the mentorship of Mr. H.L. Kathuria, our company launched Premium and Rich Quality Dry Fruits and Nuts under the brand name Apsara. We offer these products in the market with vacuumized packaging to deliver fresh and superior taste to our customers. Apsara Dry Fruits offers an extensive range of Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Raisins, Walnuts, and many other exotic nuts.

Our Manufacturing Unit-
Apsara Tea is produced in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with fully automated technology. Moreover, the company uses a highly advanced computerized plant to manage cleaning, blending, feeding, and packaging processes. As a result, the entire production process runs efficiently without direct human contact at any stage. Therefore, customers receive tea that maintains the highest standards of hygiene, freshness, and quality.
The blending Unit-
Stage 1: Iron Extraction from Tea
Iron filings create a serious problem in the tea industry. However, Apsara Tea removes this risk by passing tea through strong stainless-steel-covered magnets. As a result, the system removes iron filings and ensures clean and safe tea.
Stage 2: Crude Fibre Extraction
Tea leaves sometimes contain crude fibre that may not be healthy for consumption. Therefore, Apsara Tea processes the leaves through a special fibre-extraction system that removes unwanted fibre and improves the overall quality of the tea.
Stage 3: Tea Sieving Process
At this stage, tea leaves pass through a vibrator shifter equipped with two stainless-steel meshes. Consequently, the mesh removes non-magnetic materials such as wood chips, paper, and rags. Thus, the process keeps the tea completely free from contamination.
Stage 4: Food-Grade Bucket Elevator
Next, the vibrator shifter transfers tea into a food-grade bucket elevator. Then, the elevator carries the tea to the upper floor and delivers it into the tea blending drum for further processing.
Stage 5: Dust Extraction System
During processing, fine tea particles may become airborne. Therefore, Apsara Tea installs dust-collection systems at every stage where dust may generate. As a result, the facility maintains a clean and hygienic environment.
Stage 6: Tea Blending Process
A central control panel manages the entire blending operation. Additionally, a single operator controls the system, including the pneumatic storage tipper. The blending drums carefully mix the tea to create a consistent and high-quality blend.
Stage 7: Tea Feeding Process
After blending, the system transfers tea from the blending drum to another bucket elevator. Finally, the elevator delivers the tea to specific storage tippers that connect directly to the packaging unit.
